SEVEN LAYER DIP
INGREDIENTS:
16 OZ. CAN REFRIED BEANS (HEAT OPTIONAL)
16 OZ. SOUR CREAM
1 CUP PREPARED QUACAMOLE
1 CUP DICED TOMATOES
1/2 CUP DICED GREEN ONIONS
1/2 CUP BLACK OLIVES (OPTIONAL)
1 CUP MAMITA LUPITA’S SALSA |
DIRECTIONS:
SPREAD BEANS IN A SHALLOW SERVING BOWL.
ADD A LAYER OF EACH INGREDIENT LISTED.

INGREDIENTS:
6‐8 LB PORK ROAST
1 T. GARLIC SALT
2 T. CRUSHED GARLIC
2 T. BLACK PEPPER
2 SPANISH ONIONS (SLICES)
1 CUP MAMITA LUPITA’S SALSA |
DIRECTIONS:
USING A SLOW COOKER: RUB PORK WITH
CRUSHED GARLIC, GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER.
PUT IN A SLOW COOKER. ADD ONIONS. POUR
MAMITA LUPITA’S OVER THE PORK. COOK FOR
6 HOURS. CAN BE USED FOR PULLED PORK

INGREDIENTS:

2 T. OLIVE OIL
JUICE FROM 1 LEMON
2 PACKAGES WINGS OR DRUMMETTES

DIRECTIONS:
MIX FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS. MARINADE WINGS
FOR 1/2 HOUR. BROIL WINGS 5” FROM BROILER,
TURNING UNTIL VERY BROWN. SERVE WITH BLUE
CHEESE OR RANCH DRESSING... “YUMMY” |

INGREDIENTS:
1 RACK OF BABY BACK PORK RIBS
1 LG. WHITE ONION

CUP MAMITA LUPITA’S SALSA
8 QTS. WATER |
DIRECTIONS:
BRING WATER TO A BOIL. ADD ONION, AND
RIBS. BOIL FOR 3 HRS., SKIMMING WATER
DURING INITIAL BOIL. REMOVE FROM
WATER. COOK ON GRILL BASTING REPEATEDLY
WITH MAMITA LUPITA’S SALSA FOR 15 MINUTES. |
