A Proud Family Tradition

In the early 1900’s my great, great grandmother immigrated from Spain to New Mexico. As early farmers in New Mexico fresh produce was a staple. Grandma “Lupe” made her salsa from her produce for friends and family. They were coming back so often to replenish that she started to sell it on the roadside to make ends meet.  My family has decided to continue the tradition. We have made sure that the recipe hasn’t changed, and although we are producing large quantities of our famous salsa, we have not added any artificial flavoring, preservatives or any additives. We've kept the unique taste and authentic flavor that “Grandma Lupe” would be very proud of.
